By creating an account or using TopASVAB ("the Service") at topasvab.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

TopASVAB provides ASVAB study materials, practice tests, a computerized adaptive testing (CAT) simulator, and progress tracking. Content is for educational preparation only.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & billing

• Pro is offered as a monthly ($14/month) or annual ($99/year) subscription, billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and interval until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk-extracting our question bank, reselling content, attempting to bypass paywalls or security, or disrupting the Service for others.

About the practice questions

Our practice questions are modeled on publicly available ASVAB sample material to resemble the format, style, and content areas of the real test, and are provided for educational study. They are NOT actual ASVAB test questions, are not taken from the live exam, and the real test will differ. Topics, difficulty, timing, and scoring are approximations intended for study only.

No guarantee of results

The ASVAB is administered by the U.S. military, not by us. Our practice questions and score estimates are study aids and approximations. We do not guarantee any particular ASVAB or AFQT score, qualification, or enlistment outcome. Always rely on official materials and your recruiter for authoritative information.

Not affiliated with the U.S. government

TopASVAB is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. "ASVAB" is used descriptively to identify the test we help you prepare for.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopASVAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
